Residential Support Specialist
Provide direct care, emotional support, and a safe, structured environment for women in our residential program during daytime, evening and overnight hours. You’ll be the steady, compassionate presence that clients count on when they need it most — ensuring safety and connection around the clock. No two nights are the same, and your consistency can be a turning point in someone’s recovery journey.
Nurse Consultant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a licensed nurse to join our team in a part-time consulting capacity, approximately 6–8 hours per week. The Nurse Consultant will work alongside our Medical Director and Lead CRMA to help facilitate and coordinate medical care for the women in our programs. Responsibilities may include reviewing health documentation, advising on medical protocols, supporting medication management oversight, and serving as a clinical nursing resource for our care team. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute expert nursing care to a recovery-focused organization without a full-time commitment.
Admissions Coordinator
We are hiring an Admissions Coordinator to serve our full organization — bridging our residential and outpatient programs and ensuring that women seeking help can access care as smoothly and quickly as possible. Qualified candidates will hold a relevant credential in the behavioral health field, including but not limited to LADC, CADC, LCSW, or LCPC. This is a hybrid position: you will spend three days per week on-site at our residential program and work remotely the remaining days. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for referral sources, prospective clients, and families — helping navigate intake, insurance verification, and program fit with compassion and efficiency.
