Tessa Lee Libby Treatment Center is growing in Waterville, creating a full continuum of care for women—outpatient services, intensive day treatment, and recovery housing—all close to home. This expansion means women in central Maine can access trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment and ongoing support in one connected system of care, right here in their own community.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured group and individual sessions that give women real support without leaving home, work, or family behind. It means recovery you can build a life around — right here in central Maine.
Flexible & personal
Outpatient Substance Use Counseling
One-on-one individual counseling with flexible scheduling and telehealth options. Whether you’re driving in or joining from your kitchen table, support meets you where you are.
MAT
Medication-Assisted Treatment
Evidence-based medication management for substance use disorder, delivered with dignity and no forced tapers. It means proven, integrated care becomes available to women who couldn’t easily reach it before.
Evaluation & education
DEEP Services
The Driver Education and Evaluation Program — assessments and treatment services to help women meet requirements and move forward. One more path to a fresh start, available locally.
